2009 WSBK calendar released, no Brands.
The provisional 2009 World Superbike calendar, released by t✱he FIM on Sunday, shows no round at Brands Hatch - traditionally one🍌 of the biggest events of the year - whilst confirming a return to Kyalami in South Africa.
The season also looks set to start at Phillip Island🍸 in Australia on March 1, rather than Qatar, with the desert venue reverting to round two.
The championship remains at 14 rounds, with one 'to-be-announced' event pencilled in for Septe𝓰mb🧜er 27 in Italy, a slot occupied by Vallelunga for the past two years. Monza remains 'subject to contract'.
