Quartararo, who has four podiums this season coꦐmpared🐠 to three for Miller, finished three-seconds from the rostrum at Aragon.

Like the other Yamahas, the Petronas rider felt selecting the hard-rear tyre may not have been the best choice. Miller, like Andrea Dovizioso and Marc Marquez ahead of him, raced w💯ith the soft.

"Our pace was good but not as good 🅰as Misano of course, so I couldn’t🐈 really stay with Jack, Maverick and Dovi," Quartararo said.

"I was struggling a lot on the left corners. We will see what Maverick says also but it looks like the soft was ⛄going really well. We see all the Hondas and Ducatis were with the soft and I think it was the best option.

"We kn💃ow this track was not the best for us, apart from a good qualifying, but I'm feeling good because even when we are not in our best shape, we brough𓆉t a top-five home."

Team-mate Franco Morbidelli was taken out o꧟n the opening lap.
