It is believed the new Suzuki chassis includes more carbon fibre reinforceme🌃nt, with Rins eager to test it with back-to-back running a♎gainst his current chassis.
Speaking befoꦛre trialling the new chassis, Rins was hopeful it would aid his drive on corner exit and had been impressed by Guintoli’s feedback at the Czech Reꦗpublic circuit.
“This afternoon we will try new chassis for 2019 which we haven’t tried yet but it looks good,” Rins said. “Guintoli has tried it and he did the whole weekend with this chassis 🍬and it looks good.
“We will com༺pare one more time with the standard one. I prefer the carbon one because it looks like on the exit of the corner it is starting a little bit better and there are no negative points in the rest of the areas.
“I think that we will continue to use this chassis. F🐼or the new chassis for 2019 we need to start wor🥃k to try to create a more competitive bike.”
Rins and the rest of the MotoGP paddock will now dart to the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg ahead of the Austrian MotoGP round which runs b👍ack-to-back with the Czech Republic race following the summer break.
