We'll be back at the track on Monday and Tuesday for some interviews and rider debriefs ahead of the O💯fficial test, starting on Wednesday.

There will now be the usu𝐆al end 🔯of day practice starts on the home straight.

The Sepang Shakedown ends with a Yamaha one-two by Fabio Quartarꩵaro and Jack Miller.

Aleix Espargaro is third f♍or Honda, Ai Ogura (Trackhouse Aprilia) is the top rookie in fourth ahead of Pol Espargaro (KTM) and 🔥Fermin Aldeguer (Gresini Ducati).

L🌱ess than a minute to go and Aleix Espargaro puts Honda into 3rd on the timesheets.

The new HRC test rider looks to be on the😼 verಞy latest RC213V.

Just a few minu🦩tes to go and some riders are still head🐼ing out, with the red and white lights flashing.

Aleix Esparg🐠aro, A🐼lex Rins, Fermin Aldeguer, Ai Ogura currently on track.

And there it is! 

Fabio Quartararo sets the first 1m 57s of the🥃 year to fastest with just under ten minutes rem🔜aining.

Some riders are staying out despite th🦋e red🥃 and white flags.

Lots of riders out for what could be the fastest (coolest) conditions of the day, w🎶ill 𓃲we see a 1m 57?

Into the last 15mins of testing and it's still Jack Miller and Fabio Quartararo on to🐼p, but rookie Ai Ogura is up to 3rd and o🅘n another fast lap.

One hour of the Sepang Shakedown to go and Yamaha are the most active manufacturer on tr🧜ack wit♒h Jack Miller, Fabio Quartararo and Augusto Fernandez all on track. 

Just under two hours remaining and it's still Jack Miller fastest from Pramac Yamaha from Monster Ya💟maha rider Fabio Quartararo then Pol Espargaro (KTM), Fermin Aldeguer (Gresini Ducati) and Aleix Espargaro (Honda).

Five riders currently on track and, as long as rain stays away, the c🌜ircuit should get faster as the temperature drops slightly in the late afternoon.

Ogura is still going!

As this is not an official test there is no lap by lap breakdown, just best lap time, but the reigning Moto2 champion might looks to be aiming f🌄or at least a Sprint race distance...

3:45pm and it looks like rookie Ai Ogura has been doing 🦄a♐ long run/race simulation.

Impressive from the Trackhouse Aprilia rider who's clearly in good physica♋l shape.

2:40pm and, while♋ a few riders have been out, the track is silent again in the middle of the afternoon heat.

And the track falls silent once again.

Aleix Espargaro just pitted with what looks like the new (all-bl🐈ack) Honda. Appears to have more of a pronounced ground-effect style step on the fairing sides.

To confirm, it looks like Augusto Fernandez is going to ride the M1 all daꦿy today. No sign of Dovi, who did the Yamaha test team running on day 1 and all but the closing stages of day 2🌸.

Jack Miller💫 ♌is on the all-black Pramac at present, so presumably trying the 2025 parts.

1:30pm and with t☂emperatures rising the fastest laps are not being threatened, but it's also the best time to try longer race-pace style runs.

It's probably not a coincidence tha🐟t the riders currently on track are all Yamahas, Jack Miller (still fastest of all), Alex Rins and test rider Augusto Fernandez.

Fabio Quartararo pits with a black front fairing, which looks like the latest aero evo🎉lution.

Yamaha has a new aerodynamic package, chassis, electronics and 'steps' on the en𓆉gine to🌺 try.

12:40pm and the track is now silent w📖ith some teams and riders starting their unofficial lunch break.

A rundown of the maximum speeds so far today:&💟nbsp𒈔;

Michele Pirro (Ducati), Miguel Oliveira (Pramac Yamaha) ꧙and Fermin Aldeguer (Gresini Ducati) are all tied on 333.3km/h.

Alex Rins (Monster Yamaha) ha💝s a 331.3km/h and top-of-the-timing screens Jack Miller (Pramac Yamaha) a 330.3km/h.
