Jenson Button to make DTM debut at Hockenheim with Honda
2009 Formula 1 world champion Jenson Button will make his DTM debut at Hockenheim in October, driving the sole Honda car on the grid as part ꧟of the championship's crossover with Super GT.
Button will race for Team Kunimitsu in the final two races of t🐲he DTM season, driving a Honda NSX. Honda, Lexus and Nissan have all committed to entering one car to the Hockeﷺnheim round prior to the end-of-year Japanese race in November.

Following his retirement from F1 at the end of 2016, Button made a one-off return at the 2017 Monaco Grand Prix before shifting his focus to Super GT, where he won the title alongside Naoki Yamamoto last year. The Briton also raced in the FIA World Endurance Champions🃏hip with SMP Racing through 2018.
Button currentꦦly sits fifth😼 in the Super GT standings with three rounds remaining this season.
