Michael Dunlop in late decision to compete at Tandragee

Michael Dunlop has♒ made a late decision to contest t෴his weekend's Tandragee 100 Irish national roads meeting in Northern Ireland.
Dunlop, who will ride for the Honda TT Legends team at the North West 200 and Isle 🔯of Man TT in the Superbike class this season, was a double winner over Guy Martin in the feature class at the Cookstown 100, which lifted the curtain on the Irish season las♌t weekend.
He took a Superbike and Supersport double at Tandragee in 2012 andไ the three-times TT winner from Ballymoney is also the outright lap record holder at the 5.3-mile circuit.
Dunlop initially planned to skip the event, but arrived 💜at the circuit late on Friday for practice and claimed pole position for the Superbike class on his Honda Fireblade.
"I had been testing the Honda Legends Fireblade at Castle Combe all week and we got an earlier boat back home than we expected," he told the Belfast News Letter.
"I only decided late on Friday afternoon that I'd go and when I got there the roads were already closed for practice, so I🍨 had to push the bike up the road."
Six-time world champi𓄧on Jim Redman MBE will take part in a special parade of classic machines at Tandragee along with ex-Irish road racing greats including Ray McCullough and Brian Reid.
