Speaking to British newspaper, The Sunday Mirror, the Scot added that whatever happens in his opinion it🐠 will be 'very competitive'.

"Schumacher's the man as far as Formula One is concerned and I'd love to beat him. It's an opportunity I've 𒁏fanciedꦦ for a long time," he told the tabloid 'paper.

"It's going to be a great event and the rally boys will want to show the track racers a thing or two. Whatever happens, it will be very co💫mpetitive."

The RoC Nations Cup se🥃es 16 race and rally🅠 drivers paired up to complete on a track at the Stade de France. McRae, will be partnered by David Coulthard, while Schumacher joins up with Armin Schwarz. They then compete in Ferrari sports car and rally cars on a two-lane track.

So what will be the key to victory?

"The surface will be the vital factor," reckoned McRae. "Rally drivers have to be adaptable because we compete on all sorts of surfaces and if we can𝔍 slide the cars we should havꦐe an edge."

McRae meanwhile, who recently rejected an offer from Skoda, added that he is still hopeful of re-joining the WRꦆC in 2005.

"I'm not look﷽ing to do the full 16-rally WRC programme but I would like to do some events,꧅" he confirmed. "I still think I have a lot to offer."
