Dirk Muller has been hit with a suspended penalty after being hauled before the stewards following qualifying for thꦦe World Touring Car Championship meeting at🃏 Silverstone.

Muller was charged with a violation of the sporting regu▨lations after an incident during the qualifying sess✤ion and has been hit by a five point deduction in the title race, suspended for the rest of the season.

The previous suspended penalty of a drop of ten places on the grid, which was already in place after 🦄an incident earlier in the season, remains in force.
