There was a dramatic end to the penultimate🔴 DTM race of the season at Ba♉rcelona when Audi sensationally withdrew all of its cars with only a few laps of the race remaining.
It is unsure as to the exact reasoning be🎶hind the decision to pull the five remaining A4s from the race, but title contenders Mattias Ekstrom and Martin Tomczyk had already been eliminated from the race by Mercedes drivers Mika Hakkinen and Daniel La Rosa, while fellow works driver Timo Scheider was also forced out after a collision with Daniel La Rosa.

Whenꦕ Bruno 🍸Spengler wrestled his way past Mike Rockenfeller for third place in the closing stages, Audi called all of their remaining cars - Rockenfeller, Alex Premat, Lucas Luhr, Christian Abt, Tom Kristensen and Vanina Ickx into the pits to retire.
With just six cars finishing, Jamie Green cla𒊎imed his first ever DTM win, with Spengler second, Paul di Resta third, Alex M🔴argaritis, Gary Paffett fifth and Mathias Lauda sixth.
