The Moto2 race at Jerez has been red flagged on the second lap after Simone Corsi put a tight pass ♛on Shoya Tomizawa for the lead at the end of the back straight.
Tomizawa, winner of the first ever Moto2 race at Qatar and on pole at Jerez, went down - with fuel from his bouncing bike then causing the following riders to fall like dominoe🌱s.
A ♐17 lap re⛦start with original grid positions will now be held.
