John McGuinness says the Honda TT Legends team is determined to end the Endurance World Ch🍸ampionship this year with a solid result at the Le Mans 24 Hours race this weekend.

The Honda team is lying in a lowly 15th place in the standings ahead of the final round in France and Isle of Man TT star McGuinness has vowed to 'push hard' to make up for the disappointment of a lacklustr♚e year 🌳in the series.

"There's no denying that it's been a tough season🍸 for us, but the aim this week is to♌ put all that behind us and move on to end the year with a good result," he said.

"At this stage last year we were in a great position, second in the standings and we had it all to play for. We're no worse a team this year, in fact if anything we're stronger, so tꦫhere's no reason why we can't p𝕴ull a result out of the bag.

"There's a really po𓃲sitive feeling in the team and we'll be pushing as hard as we can to make that happen."

McGuinness in joined in the te𓆉am by Michael Dunlop, Michael Rutter and Simon Andrews.

The three-man line-up for the race, which gets underway on♓ Saturday afternoon, will be decided following qualifying today and tomorrow.

Rutter and Dun♔lop are making their debuts at Le Mans and BSB veteran Rutter said he was relishing the challenge.

"I actually ended up doing the Bol d'Or 24-hour with National Motos after being drafted in at the last minute and despite all my nerves about it I actually really enjoyed it, so I'm looking forward to the race here at ꦏLe Mans," he said.

"I'ꦗve not ridden here before but we've got today and tomorrow to get familiarised before we get into qualifying. There's a positive feeling in the team and we all just want to bring home a good r💯esult to end the year well."
