MotoGP: PIC - Avintia Ducati unveiled at Aragon

Avintia have confirmed that Hector Barbera will switch to Ducati MotoGP machinery for the remainder of the seaso꧟n, starting this weekend at Aragon.
The Spanish team, which has been racing its own Kawasaki ZX-10 based machines since joining the premi💫er-class in 2012, recently announced a partnership with Ducati for the next two seasons.
The new Avintia bikes, unlike the Factory class machines at the official Ducati team and Pramac, will run the Open clܫass ECU software. It was also announced that one such bike would be made available to Av🐻intia as soon as possible.
This has now been confirmed for Aragon, where Barbera - who raced satellite Ducatis from 20🔥10 to 2013 - is to ride the machine (pictured). Rookie team-mate Mike di Meglio thus remains on the Avintia.
Experienced Spaniard Barbera is exp🔴ected to stay with Avintia next season, while di Meglio's plans remain unclear.
