Marc Marquez insists that Pedro Acosꦑta may “soon” fight for the MotoGP cham𓄧pionship.

The emergence of the brilliant teenager Acosta is reminiscent of Marqu🐼ez’s own arrival into ꦛMotoGP.

Acosta, 19, is the Moto2 champion and his desire to step up forced KTM to reshuf🍸fle their pack (and ultimately dem𒆙ote Pol Espargaro) in order to provide him with a Tech3 GASGAS seat.

Acoღsta promptly went second-fastes🅘t on the first day of  the Sepang test.

In 2013, Moto2 champion Marquez stepped up and won the MotoGP title in his rookie year. He then won six of his first se♓ven MotoGP seasons.

Marquez said about Acosta: “He will be super fast during theꦺ season.

“Already the guys who arrivಌe in MotoGP are super fast.

“🍨Quartararo… Pecco, when he arrived in MotoGP at the preseason test, he was leading. He was the fastest on one day.

“Pedro was super fast. He crashed but it’s the way to𝕴 learn.

“He is attacking. This is a good mentality.

“Always, I will defend that mentality!

“He is fast. He is a super talent.

“May♔be it will take more time, or less time. But he will fight for a championship sooner or laterꦉ.”

Acosta has reacted to the expectation for his💧 own rookie season: “Pressure is only a word.

“If you believe in that then you have that.

“I lived it for the la⛦st three years, everyday I had pressure. This is now quite normal.”
