The Italian had been on course to s♋ecure more points for the DAMS team but los🔜t control of his car and hit the wall heavily, destroying his car and landing himself in hospital.
Although he escaped with no serious injuries, Monfardini was kept in overnight for precaution and it was suggested that 🍰he should pull himself out of the running.
