‘Now the story changes a little bit’ - Ex-Haas boss Guenther Steiner working on second F1 book
A second book about ex-Ha🎉as boss ꦿGuenther Steiner's time in F1 is in the works.

Former Haas team principal Guenther Steiner has revealed he is working on a second book about his time in F1.
Steiner,ꩲ who departed Haas after the American team opted against renewing his contract🐈 for the 2024 season, published his first book last year.
‘Surviving to Drive’ was written as a diary of𝄹 the year and took readers inside Haas’ rollercoaster 2022 season, selling 150,000 copies.
🌃Now, Steiner, whose popularity has skyrocketed in recent years thanks to Netflix’s Drive to Survive serie🌄s giving him cult status, has confirmed a second book is in the works.
The book was alreadyཧ planned prior to his exit from Haas, and Steiner joked the story “maybe changes a little bit” now.
“We are working on the second book at the momentꦑ,” Steiner told .
“That was planned already before [leaving Haas]. Now, obviously, the story maybe changes a💜 little bit!”
Steiner insists that the t𝓀ime he spent on his first book, alongside his TV stardo⭕m, did not take his focus away from Haas.
"I thin🃏k people are overrat🌄ing that, how much distraction that is, because it isn't actually a lot of distraction from the daily job,” he explained.
“Obviously on the race weekends, you need to work more. But for example, I didn't have 20 [sponso📖r] appearances a weekend, I had maybe three maximum.
“It's not like that is dist🌠racting, even writing the book. Obviously, a g🍒hostwriter does it for you.
“Now I've got more time, but e💃ven now, we do two se♛ssions a week of half an hour. We do one on Tuesday and one on Friday. That's all I do, he does the rest.
“You speak with him, but it's 💟not like I spent days speaking with him. I k🎃now that some people have spent days speaking with these people, but I didn’t.
“I don't think that is a big factor. I think that there wer🐠e more benefits for the team th♛an anything else about this because they got a lot of sponsors."
