Six-time WorldSBK champion Jonathan🐈 Rea finishes the second and final day of Official pre-season testing fastest, just as he did on Wednesday. 

The Kawasaki rider was second for much of the day behind American Garrett Gerloff, however, the pair ex✨changed top spot during the final 30 minutes, with Rea eventually setting a 1’40.264s lap time.

The closing stages also saw 2020 series runner🌱-up Scott Redding jump up the order for Ducati to secon🥃d place, while Gerloff was third fastest for GRT Yamaha.

It was a dꦉifficult day for the factory Yamaha team, as Toprak Razgatlıoğlu who was first to venture out on track this morning, had to cut his day short 🍨due to a positive COVID-19 test in a mandatory pre-travel polymerase chain reaction (PCR).

The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya made it's debut on the WorldSBK calend❀ar in 2020, with Jonathan Rea, Michael Van Der Mark and Chaz Davies all taking a victory each.
