One of WTR's strongest rivals, the #77 Mazda Team Joest entry, was forced to retire from the race in the seventh hour after a fire emerged on the back of the car, having started from pole on Saturday. The sister #55 Mazda ent♓ry also hit trouble after a fuel leak, causing it to drop a number of laps behind the leaders.

Action Express Racing's #31 Cadillac ওand the pair of Penske-run Acura DPi cars all took turns at the front of the pack along with the #10 Cadillac, driven by Alonso's teammate, Jordan Taylor, at the end of the 14th hour of racing. The quartet is currently covered by le🌼ss than 10 seconds, with Felipe Nasr leading in the #31 Cadillac.

GTLM has offered﷽ a close fight between Porsche, Ferrari, Ford and BMW, with cautions again bunching the pack repeatedly. Porsche current🎃ly runs one-two with Laurens Vanthoor leading the class field in the #912 Porsche 911 RSR.

Corvette's hopes of victory were dashed overnigꦡht as both the #4 and #3 entries fell off the lead lap, the #3 having run out of fuel on-track, causing a full course caution.

Riley Motorsports heads the GTD pack with its #33 Mercedes-AMG GT3, sitting two seconds clear of the #88 WRT Speedstar Audi R8 LMS GT3, while LMP2 is boiling down to a 💙intra-team battle between DragonSpeed's p💝air of Oreca 07 Gibsons, with the #81 entry currently sitting nine seconds clear.
