Belle Vue Aces:

John Perrin has confirmed he is looking into the possibility of making teaไm changes at Belle Vue.

The Aces boss is concerned about the current form of two team m🦋embers.

He said: "Matej Ferjan and Tomaꦍs Jedrezjak are just not doing it for us and I'm not very happy with them right now.

"I might need to ma▨ke som🤪e changes to try and get us up the league table. I don't feel I'm getting the most from my riders at the moment."

Coventry Bees:

Injured Bees star Stuart Robson is hoping to be back i▨n action by early next month.

Robson has had the pin remo൩ved from his broken thumb but ✨feels it's too early to be back in the saddle.

He said: "When they took the pin out, they said I could ride any time I wa🧜nt, but I couldn't race just yet.

"It depends on how well the finger heals now but I was starting physio this week and I hope to be riding in another two to thrܫee weeks."

Eastbourne Eagles:

Dean 🌞Barker is through to the semi-finals of the world championship qualifying rounds.

The Eastbourne star scored eight-points at Pfaffonhofen, Germany, at the week♒end.

Eastbourne are back in Sky Sports Elite League action thi♊s Saturday when they face Ipswich at Arlington.

Ipswich Witches:

Jason Lyons will deputise for the injured Chris Louis when Ipswich faꦉce Poole over two days this week.

The Witches go to Wimborne Road on Wednesday with the return at Ipswich🤡 on T🦩hursday.

Meanwhile Ipswich star Scott Nicholls has joined a new Grand✱ Prix team alongside former Coventry skipper Greg Hancock.

Team GSR (Golobal Speedway Racing) will feature throughout this year's 10-ro♍und series.

King's Lynn Knights:

King's Lynn are bringing Niels Kristian Iverson over💦 from Denmark to ride in Wednesday's Triangular Tournament at the Norfolk Arena.

Iverson, 19, had a brief spell with the K𒁃ni👍ghts at the end of last season and will ride for the Young Vikings against teams from Britain and Australia.

Promoter Nigel Wagstaff said: "He has a big future in the sport and we're looking forw🎉🍎ard to seeing him."

Oxford Cheetahs:

Angry Oxford co-promoter Vanessa Purchase is demanding a big 𓆉improvement from the Cheetahs - or changes will be made.

Vanessa said: "The team just can't seem to get it right and♔ things seem to be going from bad to worse. They need to sort it out, and sort it out quickly, otherwise heads are going to roll."

Brian Andersen is suffering from a suspected trapped nerve in his back and is due to have an MRI scan.ꦫ He will not ride until that happens.

Peterborough Panthers:

Peterborough are trying to strengthen their squad in time for their next meeting agains𓄧t Eastbourne on May 22.

Manager Jim Lynch said: "We have an opportunity to try a𓆏nd strengthen at reservꦐe. We are struggling away from home.

"We are desperate to turn Coventry over in 𓆉the semi-finals of the Knockout Cup but we can't do it with the current team so something has to changꦗe."

Lynch has stressed that replacing Bager is not necessarily a formality as he is awaiting medica🃏l bulletins on injured duo Piotr Protasiewicz and Hans Clausen.

Poole Pirates:

Pirates will not rush Greg Walasek back into their side after seeing ꦰhim return from injury.

The Pole, who broke his ankle last month, made a surprise return i♛n the Grand Prix at Norway over the weekend.

Pirates boss Neil Middleditch said: "ꦫWe think Greg would benefit from not having to rush back into the hurly - burly of the🦩 Elite League.

"Hꦏe took a couple of nasty tumbles during the Norwegian Grand Prix a𝕴nd another week's rest will do him no harm at all."

Poole face Ipswich at Wimborne Road on Wednesday.

Wolverhampton Wolves:

Peter Karlsson is relishing the prospect of Wolve🎃rhampton getting back in꧙to action against Poole at Monmore next Monday.

Ka🌠rlsson was as disappointed as anybody with the heavy defeat at Eastbourne last Thursday and the opportunity to bounce back was denied by the rain on Monday.

He said: "We h💧ad a bad night at Eastbourne, all of us did.

"But one bad result doesn't make us a b🐲ad side and we'll be back, 𒅌I have no doubt about that.

"It's going🀅 to be a good meeting against Poole, I'm looking forward to it and I'm sure we'll see some great racing.

"To face the reigning world champion, Tony Rickardsson, is a big challenge for us all."

Arena Essex Hammers:

Colin♚ White faces a race against tim⛦e to be fit for Arena's home meeting with Glasgow this Friday.

White missed the trips to Workington and Newcastle after suffering from concussion as a result of a crash in🦹 the home win over Exeter last Friday.

The Hammers gained a 45-45 draw at Workington ♛and t♓he lost 46-44 at Newcastle on Monday.

Berwick Bandits:

Berwick are preparing to make a major announcement at their home meeting with Sheffield this Sa♓turday.

Early indications suggest they may be about to make a new signing which could rais🐲e a few eyebrows.

The club are expecting a ꧂big crowd for the visit of Sheffield in𝔍 the first leg of the Premier Trophy semi final.

Edinburgh Monarchs:

Monarchs reserve Rory Schlein is hoping for more favourable 💙medical reports on his inju﷽red knee.

He ღsaid: "I'm due down in London to see a specialist and I'm hoping I get 🧜some more encouraging news.

"It looks like a༺ break behind the knee an♎d some ligament damage and I'm really down about it."

Exeter Falcons:

Exeter are expecting a bumper turnout for the Lawren🌊ce Hare Benefit meeting at the County Ground next Monday, May 20.

The Falco♉ns will face a Newport Select side to help rais🙈e money for the badly injured Falcons favourite. Hare is facing up to the rest of his life in a wheelchair and thousands of pounds have already been raised at Exeter to help him towards his future.

Glasgow Tigers:

Gla♉sgow will face their former favourite Rusty Harrison when Somerset visit Ashfield this Sunday (6pm).

Harrison, now of Workin꧟gton, makes a guest appearance for Glenn Cunningh🎃am who is away on World Longtrack duty.

Tigers face a demanding sc🐼hedule as they go to Arena Essex on Friday followed by a trip to Rye House on Saturday.

Hull Vikings:

Robbie Kesꦜsler🌃 believes he is starting to get it right for Hull.

The Ger♉man has struggled for consistency since making the m🍒ove from Sheffield but he has started to show glimpses of what he is capable of.

He said: "It's really been a case of getting my bikes set ๊up for Hull and I think we're getting♎ there."

Isle of Wight Islanders:

Sebastian Tressarieau has suffered a badဣly brok🥀en elbow and could be out for a long spell.

The Frenchman crashed heavily🐈 in Heat 5 of the meeting at Reading on Sunday and was detained in hospital.

Under the current averages the Islanders can only operate the rider-repಞlacement facility.

Newcastle Diamonds:

Richa🦩rd Juul is back in the Newcastle side 🌱as a replacement for the injured Rob Grant.

The experienced Dane scored 5+1 from four rides as the Diamonds edged out Arena Essex 46-44 on ꦕMonday.

Newport Wasps:

Tim Stone Stone is urging fans ꧅to turn out in force to celebraﷺte the career of Lawrence Hare this Sunday.

The Newport promoter is holding a benefit ﷽meeting for the paralysed rider which will feature a Newport Select v Exeter Select team meeting.

Stone said: "It's a big day on Sunday and I want it to be a celebration. Ther🐈e isn't a bad word that anybody has got to say about Lawrence and apart from being a benefit meeting we want it to be a celebration✅ of Lawrence's career."

Reading Racers:

Phil Morris is hoping to be fit for Reading's home meeting with Trelawny ♏next Monday after yet another injury setback.

Morris returned to the sa🍃ddle at the weekend just days after suffering a dislocated shoulder and crashed during the home defeat by the Isle of Wig꧟ht.

He was complaining of chest pains but x-rays reve𒅌aled nothing was broken.

Rye House Rockets:

Rockets could be force♛d into a difficult team decision when they face Glasgow at Hoddesdon on Saturday.

Chris Courage is nearing full fitness once again but his short term replacem🐻ent Ad🐠am Pryor is starting to find some good form.

Sheffield Tigers:

Robbie Kessler returns to the Sheffield side as a guest replacemenℱt for the injured Simon Steadꦅ on Thursday.

The Pirtek 🐬Tigers face Ne꧃wport at Owlerton and the Hull rider makes his second appearance in three weeks.

"Robbie is the logical choice𒀰 because he loves the Sheffield track and I'm sure he won't let us down," said promoter Neil Ma🧜chin.

"It will be a hard match against Newport because they have a lot of riders who can ride our track very well. It co🌺uld be one of the toughest tests of the season."

Somerset Rebels:

Mario Jirout is back in the 🐻Czech Republic having intensive treatment on his injured shoulde♕r.

Jirout suffered a dislocation during the match with Rye House at the weekend and now faces a bat🧸tle to be fit for the home meeting w🎃ith Berwick on Friday.

Stoke Potters:

Tony Atkin is expected to be in the Stoke side for Saturday's home 💧meeting witไh Edinburgh.

A🧸tkin returns after illness to bo🌌ost the Potters who lost at home to Swindon on Sunday.

Team boss Nigel Crabtree said: "There was pꦉlenty of good racing yet again and the track is shaping up ve🅰ry well, but we cannot afford to lose home meetings."

Swindon Robins:

Boss Peteꦜr Oakes will switch the riding order for Swindon when they face Berwick at Blunsdon on Thursday.

Oliver Allen will move into the number one race jacket and Charlie G𒅌jedde will move to number five. The visit of the border club means a return to Swindon for their former favourite Claus Kristensen.

Trelawny Tigers:

Alun Rossiter has joined Trelawౠny on a short-term basiಞs from Poole.

Rossiter replaces the injur⛦ed Seemond Stepꦕhens whon is due to see a specialist about his hand injury.

Workington Comets:

Adam Shields, riding high in the Premier𒊎 League averages, will be guesting for Workington Comets 🅺this weekend.

The Isle of Wight rider deputises for Swedish star Peter Karlsson who is on world quali♏fying duty in Slovenia.

Australian Shields is in fine form right now and has made several guest apperances throughout the 🌟country, both in the Premier and Elite Leagues.

"He is riding well above his current average which makes him an attractive proposition to bring in as a heat leader replacement for Peter," said team manaಞger Ian Thomas.
