Reign🌞ing double MotoGP world champion Casey Stoner became a father for the first time on Thursday, when wife Adriana gave birth to a baby girl.

"We are very ⛄happy to announce Alessandra Stoner was born on the 16/02/2012 at 21:55 weighing 2.8kg. Mum & baby are both doing well!" said a message on the official HRC MotoGP Twitter account.

February the 16th is also Valentino Rossi's birthday - the seven-time MotoGP champion celebrating his 33rd birth♕day on Thursday.

Stoner and Rossi ♐will be back on track during the second official MotoGP test of 2012, which starts at Sepang on Febr🧸uary 28.
