Valentino Rossi has dismissed “fake” friendship between sportspeople, insisting he preferred his pre-social media generation who he believes spoke more freely.

“Or better to say, it doesn't matter if you're a doctor, a piꦫzza maker, a rider. 

“Having to hide it always makes everyt♚hing more fake.”
