Enea Bastianini has avoided surgery after crash at Portimao and hopes to only miss one MotoGP weekend

The factory Ducati rider was sent fly🃏ing off his bike in t⛄he first-ever MotoGP sprint race at Portimao last weekend by Luca Marini.
