Francesco Bagnaia is up against Tiger Woods for the prestigious Laureus World Sports Awards ‘Comeback of the Year’

The Laureus World Sports Awards have nominated Bagnaia and Wo⛄ods in the ‘Comeback of the Year’ category.
Bagnaia overcame a 91-༺point deficit from reigning champion Fabio Quartararo to claim hi♑s first MotoGP title in the final round of the 2022 season.
He had crashed five times but the turnaround was the biggest in MotoGP hist✱ory.
The nominees are:

- Christian Eriksen (football)
- Jakob Ingebrigtsen (athletics)
- Klay Thompson (basketball)
- Annemiek van Vleuten (cycling)
