Moto2: Arm surgery for Corsi
Simone Corsi has undergone surgery to plate a broken left arm sustained in Sunday's British Moto2 G꧃rand Prix.
The NGM Forward Racing rider suffered the inju﷽ry after being collected by Jonas Folger.
During the surgery, that lasted more than 4 hours, doctors also r♛epaired injuries to the exten🐼sor tendons of his wrist.
Corsi's recovery time is not yet⛦ known but the Italian, currently fifth in the world champion💃ship, has been ruled out of the forthcoming Misano round.
Also absent will be TSR's Tetsuta Nagashima, who suffered a broken right leg - plus ▨otheꦫr injuries - on Saturday at Silverstone.
