Sky Sports secures deal to broadcast new Extreme E series in 2021

Sky Sports has announced that it will show every round of the inaugural𒈔 Extreme E live in 2021 as part of a one-year agr𝐆eement to broadcast the new series.
Thew new XE SUV off-road racing championship will race in five remote locations as part of the all-electric series’ stance to highlig𒉰ht c🐟limate change issues.
Nine teams have signed up to contest the inaugural season, with team owners including Formula 1 world champions Lewis H🅠amilton and Nico Rosberg.
Sky Sports will broadcast live action from all five events, as well as highlights packages, previews, reviews and Extr🔴eme E’s magazine show.

“The UK and Ireland has a huge appetite for motorsport and with the help of Sky Sports, we wil🔜l r💝each a massive audience through this partnership.

Sky has itself recently launched its Sky Zero campaign as part of its overall business ambiti☂on to become net zero carbon by 2030.

The Extreme E series 2021 seasoﷺn will begin with the Desert X Prix in Saudi Arabia on 20-21 March.
