The British Touring Car Cham♏pionship has announced it will raise funds for Children wit🍌h Cancer UK throughout the upcoming 2019 season.

By carrying out a wide range of fundraising initiatives across the season, the BTCC will raise money for the UK-based c꧙harity dedicated to improving survival rates and providing care for children෴ with cancer and their families.

Funds raised will also go towards rese𝓀arch to try to find ways to prevent cancer in the future.

“We are really excited to be sponsoring the BTCC and are very grateful to the championship for joining us in supporting Children with Cancer UK,” said marketing director of the BTCC’s title sponsor Kwik Fit, And🥂y Lane.

“We know that BTCC fans aꦗre not only passionate about the sport but have also been very supportive of good causes over many seasons.  We hope that children with cancer will benefit from thei﷽r support this season.”

The BTCC will present a number 🔜of “money-can’t buy” opportunities for fans, including prizes such as the chance to w💟in a ride in the series’ Safety Car, wave the chequered flag at the end of a race at a selected round and meet a driver and get to spend a day with a team.

BTCC series director Alan Gow, added: “Our new sponsorship agreement with Kwik Fit is b♉ringing a new look to the championship this year, and we have lots of new initiatives to add to fans’ enjoyment of the race weekends and the overall programme in general. 

“While we live and breathe our racing, we hope that by supporting Children with Cancer ဣUK the championship can provide a benefit to those families facing a much bigger challenge than getting a podium position.”

The 2019 BTCC season gets underway at 🔯Brands Hatch on April 6-7,🔥 the first of 10 rounds making up the campaign.
