The Bardahl Evan Bros Yamaha stretched into the lead at the midway stage after finding a way past Jules Cluzel, who later crashed out with five laps to go battling in th🐭e fꩵront pack, as Mahias reeled in his Swiss rival to set up an intense final few laps.
Having sized up Krummenacher fo♕r a pass at the final corner a few laps before, Mahias went late on the brakes to dive up the inside of the Swiss which pushed him wide on the exit of the corner. In the sprint to the chequered flag the pair bashed fairings which appeared to unsettle the GRT Yamaha rider’s momentum🍌 to see Krummenacher take victory by 0.048s.

Loca🅠l wildcard rider Thitipong Warokorn led the Kawasaki charge in fifth place after also being♔ involved in the final corner scrap with Hikari Okubo, who tipped off and finished outside of the points, which promoted Anthony West up to sixth place.
Raffaele D▨e Rosa narrowly lost out to West on the MV Agusta at the finish with Thailand wildcard Ratthapong Wilairot taking eighth place. CIA Landlord Insurance Honda’s Niki Tuuli and Profile Racing Triumph’s Luke Stapleford rounded out the top ten finishers.
