Hulkenberg: The Sutil era will be finished…
Nico Hulkenberg has joked Adrian Sutil's era of being the Formula 1 driver with the most race starts without reaching the podium is over as he prepares to take the unwanted title this 💧weekend in Singapore.
The German driver will make his 129th F1 race start at the Singapore Grand Prix and if he fails to score an unlikely maiden podium then he will surpass Sutil to take the outright record of most starts without a rost𒉰rum.

Hulkenberg, whose last podium of&n🎐bsp;any kind came when he won the 2015 Le Mans 24 Hours wi𝓰th Porsche, still sees the 2012 Brazilian Grand Prix as his closest shot at a podium in F1 when he led the race for large chunks before crashing into Lewis Hamilton but last year’s Monaco race is also a close contender.
“Probably the last one w🦂as last year in Monaco then maybe Brazil 2012 is another that comes to my head straightaway,” he said.
