Kaj Laukkanen is on his way back to Belle Vue after agreeing terms with promoter Jo꧃hn Perrin.
He replaces Matej Ferjan and Blair Scott also joins the Manchester c𒆙lub at the expense of Tomasz Jedrezjak.
Perrin said: "Hopefully Tomasz will be back from June 1 and it's up to Blair to show us he wants to stay instead ജof us using two P🐈remier League riders."
