Lawrence Hare ma🍌de his first public appearance since suffering serious injuriesꦬ at the British Grand Prix.
The Exeter rider, who is now paralysed from the wa🐭ist down, was taken by ambulance from Newport's Royal Gwent Hos☂pital to watch from a hospitality box at the Millennium Stadium.
He said: "It's been an awesome experience. I'💧m so pleased I did it and I really enjoyed watching the racing."
