Richard Marsh will look to make moves up the grid as the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship heads to Snetterton this weeke▨nd after taౠking delivery of a brand-new engine for his Team Farecla Peugeot 307.

Marsh struggled to make an impression in the last round of the series at Donington Park, fini✱shing just one race and missing the third race of the weekend after the 307 developed an engine problem.

Ho𓆏wever, team engineers have been working hard to address the problems that were encountered at Donington Park and they are planning to wheel out a new development engine that's been described as 'bigger and better' for this weekend's encounter at Snetterton.

Although the new motor isn't scheduled to be tested on an 🌼engine dynamometer until Wednesday - three days before the first race gets underway at the Norfolk circuit - the team hopes it will offer a significant performance improv🍬ement.

"We always knew we were going to Donington with slightly less power than we needed but it was important to see where that put us on the grid," Marsh said. "Going to Snetterton, it's obvious that we need more power to compete higher up the🌠 grid, so we feel the timཧe is now right to take advantage of the next stage in our development plan.

"The cy♉linder head on the new engine has been designed differently and we've also ꦐmade some significant developments in other areas to increase the power output. It's an exciting step in the plans that we've got for the car and there is even more to come both this season and next."
