🐓Flying Lizards Motorsport has packed up shop and 𓃲headed for Europe as preparations continue for the Le Mans 24 Hours next month.

The Porsche team will be one of the favourites for honours in a strong looking GT2 field, and will join fellow ALMS runnℱers Risi Competizione in taking the challenge to the European-based teams in the biggest race on the sportscar calendar.

The Lizards will ultilise drivers from all three of its ALMS entries for the single Porsche entered into the race, wiꦏth Jorg Bergmeister, Johannes van Overbeek and Seth Neiman set to share driving duties in the #80 car.

It will be the second year that the three drivers ﷺhave driven tඣogether at Le Mans and they will hope to avoid the disappointment suffered last season when the Porsche was forced out in the tenth hour due to mechanical issues.

"The team is honoured be able to return🧸 this year," team principal Neiman said. "To com🧔pete at Le Mans, one of the most storied races in the world is an experience that simply cannot be duplicated anywhere else.

"This will be our fourth rac🌠e here. Each year, we learn and understand more about the track, the competition, and how we as a team need to prepare. Having to retire so early in 2007 was heartbreaking - the crew, the drivers, every🎃one had worked so hard.

"But we learned a great deal about what it takes to win in this race: strength, speed, and enduraꦿnce are crucial, but in the end, it's the abili☂ty to plan for, and recover from every eventuality that gets you to the podium."
