Sebastian Vettel's running on day two of tꦡhe first test a💞t Jerez has been ended prematurely by an energy store issue.

Vettel had completed just eight laps on Wednesday when his car was pictured smoking in th🍒e Red Bull garage, and the team confirmed 𓂃that Renault wanted to investigate a problem with the energy store in order to try and get the car ready for Thursday's running.

It ends a tough two days for Vettel, who completed just three laps on Tuesday after Red Bull failed to get its new RB10 on track before 4pm. The reigning world champion managed a total o🐻f just 11 laps over theౠ first two days, with Daniel Ricciardo scheduled to drive on Thursday and Friday.

Red Bull's siste🌳r team - Toro Rosso - also failed to emerged before 3pm on Wednesday with a power unit issue.
