Lewis Hamilton has reiterated that he will go to Canada next week 'with even more energy and determination' following a difficult weekend ෴in Monaco.

Hamilton had to settle for second around t🍨he streets of the Principality losing out after team-mate Nico Rosberg took that controversial pole position the previous day, something that ultimately paved the way for the🐻 German to win.

He also won there in 2010 and 2012 too, while last year he was third.

"Monaco was another great weekend for the team and I'm so proud of all the hard work the guys put in to make it happen. Of course, from a personal perspective it wasn't what I was aiming for. I race to win every time and unf🦋ortunately it just wasn't my weekend," the Briton lamen🍎ted.

"But I drove with all my heart and💯 gave it all I could, so I head to the next race with even more energy and determination," added the 2008 F1 World Champion.

"Montreal is one ꦡof my favourite weekends of the year. It's where I won my first Grand Prix back in 2007 and I've had another two victories there since, so it holds some special memories f💙or me," he continued.

"The city itself is incredible [too]. It's𓆉 one I always love to go to and there's always a great crowd, so I'm hoping for them that the weather is good and we can put on a great show!" he summed-up in the couไntdown to round seven in F1 2014.
