New teaser images of Formula E’s 2023 Gen3 car released

The dubbed Ge🦋n3 car will be lighter, smaller and more powerful than Formula E’s curr𒉰ent Gen2 machinery which was introduced for the 2018-2019 season.
Formula E’s latest all-electric car was presented to manufacturers, teams, drivers and partners on Monday in Valencia, where pre-se🌺ason testing is taking place for the upcoming season, which begins in January.
Formula E claims Gen3 will be “the world’s most efficient rac🌸ing car”, with at leas🍬t 40% of the energy used within a race distance being produced by regenerative braking.
Gen3 will also feature a new 250Kw front powertrain to take the ove🔯rall total power outp🌌ut to a total of 600Kw, more than double the current regenerative capability of the Gen2.
A 350Kw motor will take the top speed of the Gen3 to more than 320kp🎃h (200mph). 🔜;

Formula E says the smaller dimensions of the Gen3 will enable “faster, more 🍸agile wheel-to-whe🤪el racing” around the championship’s unique street circuits.
“The Gen3 is our fastest, lightest, most powerful and efficient racing car yet. It is a crea♊ture designed for its habitat: racing on city streets in wheel-to-wheel combat,” said Formula E CEO Jamie Reigle.
Gen3 will be t꧅he first formula car aligned to ‘Life Cycle Thinking’ with “a clear path towards second life and end of life for all tyres, broken parts and battery cells.”
