Dillmann joins Turvey at NIO

Tom Dillmann has been revealed as Oliver Turvey’s new teammate a🐻t the Nio Formula E for the 2018/19 campaign as the team launched its G🤡en2 car in London.

With Luca Filippi leaving the team during the off-season, Frenchman Dillmann ha🅷s been drafted in having caught the eye competing with Venturi over the past two seasons.

Tom Dillmann has been revealed as Oli♏ver Turvey’s n♛ew teammate at the Nio Formula E for the 2018/19 campaign as the team launched its Gen2 car in London.

With Lu🌳ca Filippi leaving the team during the off-season, Frenchman Dillmann has been drafted in having caught the eye competing with Venturi over the past two seasons.

The 29-y🎐ear-old, who produced an impressive fourth place in New York at the 2017/18 final round, will partner Turvey with the pair confirmed during the team’s launch of i⛎ts NIO 004 Generation 2 car at London’s Olympic Park.

“I am delighted to 🦩be joining NIO,” Dillmann said. “We have had some good test days, developing our꧅ new car and building our relationship.

“I particularly enjoy the compet✃itive and profꦉessional atmosphere within the team and I can't wait to start this new and exciting era in Formula E with NIO.”

NIO team boss Gerry Hughes is thrilled with t🔜he squad’s set-up for the new season ahead of t💫he new era in Formula E.

“After an extremely busy period of manufacturer testin🌠g over the summer months, it i🌞s, of course, fabulous to be able to officially launch the NIO 004 car, the race livery and our revised driver line-up for Season 5 at London’s Copper Box,” Hughes said.

“With a revised driver line-up for Season 5 it demonstrates that we have been extremel♓y busy in the off-season and I am very happy to welcome Tom on board to the NIO team for the start of this new era of open-wheeled electric street racing.”

NIO also announced a new multi-year official partnership 🐭with Acronis.
