Formula E releases teaser of Season 5 car with LED Halo
Formula E has given fans a first glim෴pse of its new 'Generation 2' car for Season 5, featuring a 'Halo' cockpit protection device that includes LED lights.
Formula E🥀 will reveal the look of its new chassis that will make its race debut at the start of the fifth season this coming winter when the series doubles the mileage of its batteries, scrapping the in-race car swaps.
Initial on-track🧸 testing has already taken place with Porsche factory driver Frederic Makowiecki, and teams are set to get their first deliveries of the chassis in the coming weeks.

Formula E will digitally unveil renders of the new Generation 2 car - which has aꦡlready been compared to the fictional Batmobile - on January 30, and gave fans a first taste of the new loo🐲k with a teaser image posted to Twitter on Saturday.

Formula E will release further renders in the next couple of days before the launch, with an official unveil of the physical car𓆉 scheduled to take place in March at the Geneva Motor Show.
