Drugovich gets the all-clear after hospital visit following Sochi F2 shunt

In damp conditions, the Braz🔴ilian lost control of his car, smashing into the barriers o🌜n his way to the grid.
As a result, he was taken to the nearby hospital for precautionary check🅷s, while the start of the race was delayed by five minutes to allow marshals to clear the track.
Drugovich has received the all-clear an♕d is allowed to start the feature race.
“Following his crash on the way to the grid in Sprint Race 1, Felipe Drugovich was taken to hospital for precautionary check,” UNI-Virtuosi 🎀wrote on Twitter.
“Felipe has had ꦓa CT scan and X-Ray, and although he’s a bit sore, he’s fortunately been given the all-clear.”
Drugovich took to social media afterwards and wrote: “Thank god I amཧ okay, that was a heavy impact. Thanks everyone for all the messages.”
It was a disastrꦉous day for the team as title contender Guanyu Zhou also spun on🐻 his way to the grid.
�ꦦ�Zhou stalled his car and ultimately wasn’t able to race.
T🌞he good news for Zhou is that points leader🌱 Oscar Piastri failed to score as he finished ninth, although Prema teammate Robert Shwartzman finished third and reduced the gap in the standings ahead of tomorrow morning’s feature race.
As a result of the heavy rain in Sochi 🅺on Saturday, organi🌜sers decided to cancel the second F2 sprint race.
The 🀅feature race will take place on Sunday morning at 1120 local time with Piastri set to start from pole position.
This wi𝔉ll take place after the final F3 race of the💧 season which is set to start at 0955 local time in Sochi.
