The 20-year-old Brazilian, who is♏ the younger brother of Haas F1 reserve Pietro, has secured his graduation with the Charouz Racing System squad with whom he had been competing forꦺ in Formula 3.

Fittipaldi༒ will replace David Beckmann as Guilherme Samaia’s new teammate at the Czech team from the next round of the 2021 season at Monza. Beckmann leaves Charouz despite scoring all its 25 points so far thi🃏s year.

“We had a very solid first part of the F3 season together and I am looking forward to the next chapter. Monza will be my first time in 😼an F2 car and I’m very excited.

“I will have a huge leไarnin♋g curve ahead with a 30min practice and then straight to qualifying but nonetheless I can't wait to get in the car at Monza.

“The goal will be to gain as much experience as ꦛpossible to get me more prepared for the last F2 rounds.”

Fittipaldi had contested the first four rounds of the F3 season with Charouz and claimed a♑ best result of second place in Hungary, before he was absent from the last event at Spa-Francorch♈amps.
