Verstappen led every lap and finished over 20 secon🦋ds ahead of Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez, with Carlos Sainz completing the podium for Ferrari.

Leclerc struggled with lock-ups and oversteer in his Ferrari as he⭕ slipped to fourth, ahead of the lead M♉ercedes of George Russell, who took fifth.

Lando Norris was sixth, while Lewis Ha꧂milton complained about engine issues and a broken seat on his way to split🐼ting the McLarens in seventh, with Oscar Piastri taking eighth.

Aston🌸 Martin pair Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll - who was left facing the wrong way at Turn 1 after being pitched into a spin by Nico Hulkenbe🅺rgh - completed the points-scoring positions in ninth and 10th. 

There were zero retirements in what was a fairly uneventful seaso🐼n-opener in the Middle East.
