McLaren reveals launch date of 2022 F1 challenger
The Woking-based outfit will reveal its 🔯all-new challenger for the season ahe🌠ad on February 11.
Aston Martin will launch its new car a day before on February 10, while Ferrari will showcase its new machine six days before pre-s🐼eason testing in Barcelona gets underway on Feb🌟ruary 17.
The launch will beꦰ ✨part of McLaren Racing’s wider racing programme - IndyCar and Extreme E.
McLaren enj🔯oyed another strong season despite it having to use the majority of its d♑evelopment tokens on integrating the Mercedes power unit.

It finished fourth in the constructors’ 🌌championship in 2021, a place lower than in 2020 although it did manage to win a race.
Daniel Ricciardo won the It🌄alian Grand Prix ahead of Lando Norris to give McLaren its first victory since 2012 and its first 1-2 finish since 2010.
Norris was one of F1’s star performers in 2021 wi🅷th four podiums and a pole position, ultimately finishing s꧅ixth in the championship.
While Ricciardo ♌did take McLaren’s only win of the season, he struggled relative to his teammate, ending the season in eighth.
