Sebastian Vettel has officially started work at the Aston Martin Formula 1 team, having spent his first day&nꦅbsp;at the team’s headquarters.

Aston Martin - formerly Racing Point - have be♛en sending fans wild in recent days by teasing content relating to their new signing Vettel, who has joined the team at the start of its new era following his exit from Ferrari.

First, Aston Martin posted a short video clip on social media🥂 on Tuesday, showing Vettel arriving at the team’s Silverstone factory in an Aston Martin DBX before he was greeted at the entrance and headed inside.

A further video released on Wednesda🍸y showed the four-time world champion completing a seat fit in the team’s 2021 ch🍎allenger, which is set to be presented to the world at a launch event in March.

Vettel will partner team regular Lance Stroll as the iconic Aston Martin name rဣeturns to the F1 grid as a works team for th♉e first time in over 60 years.

Aston Martin team principal Otmar Szafnau🌺er believes that the pairing of Vettel and Stroll will motivate each otꦚher and help push the team forward.

“It’s hugely exc๊iting for ever𒁏yone in the team,” Szafnauer said.

“Inꦦ Sebastian, we have a proven four-time world champion with experience of helping teams become race-winning and championship-contending outfits.

“That’s why he is such an important signing for us. He brings꧙ ꦛa winning mentality and we will all undoubtedly learn a lot from him on this journey.
