Mercedes reveals new F1 livery in INEOS partnership

Reigning Formula 1 world champions Mercedes has unveiled its 2020 c🍸ar livery as part of its new partnership with INEOS.

🅠At the presentation marking the launch of its new technical and principal partner with INEOS, Mercedes became the second F1 team to show off its 2020 colours.

𓂃Reigning Formula 1 world champions Mercedes has unveiled its 2020 car livery as part of its new partners🧸hip with INEOS.

At the presentation marking the launch of i𓆏ts new technical and principal partner with INEOS, Mercedes became the second F1 team to show off its 2020 colours.

Following an initial technical collaboration agreement between the two com♊panies, Mercedes has confirmed a five-year sponsorship deal with INEOS which delivers a key signal to the brand’s long-term future in the sport which had come under question ahead of the 2021 F1 commercial and regulation agreements.

Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff was on hand alongside INEOS chairman Sir Jim Ratcliffe at London’s Royal Automobile Club to reveal the new look with a highlight of burgundy added to the iconic sil𒁃ver arrows styling.

“It is a superb new chapter for us to attract INEOS and what attracts us is their ambition,” Wolff said. “You can see what mankind is able to create with passion, understanding and th𝓡e drive to succeed. These values unite us.”

“We do have a genuine passion for sport and Formula 1 is one of the world’s most exciting sports, it is an intriguing marriage between sport and technology and we always wonꦇder what Lewis could do in another F1 car,” Ratcliffe said. “We have a great admiration for a wonderful engineeri🍰ng company that has been very successful in this sport.”

Last week, Haas became the first F1 team to show off its team livery in its return to its familiar silver, red and white ꦗloo🐭k.

The German manufacturer goes into 2020 looking to capture a record-breaking seventh consecutive F1 world drivers’ and constructors’ championship double having successfully defended bot🎃h its crowns last season.

Lewis Hamilton is𒐪 also targeting history t👍his year as he hunts his seventh F1 world drivers’ title which would draw him level with Michael Schumacher at the top of the list for all-time F1 crowns.

Valtteri Bottas has been retained alongs🍸ide Hamilton for 2020 having helped 🌠Mercedes to a 1-2 in the drivers’ standings last year.

Mercedes will officially𒅌 present its 2020 F1 car, the W11 EQ Power+, on Friday (February 14) with both Hamilton and Bottas completing a shakedown test ♛of the new car at Silverstone.

The team will then head off to Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya for F1 pre-season testing꧃ which begins on February 19.
