Charles Leclerc tops second German GP practice as Gasly crashes out

Max Verstappen ended the day fifth for Red Bull as teammate Pierre 🧸Gasly suffered a major setback with a crash at the fi𝔍nal corner, bringing his session to an early end.
Gasly ran wide at the final corner and touched the gravel, causing his Red Bull R🍬B15 car to spurt to the left and into the wall, taking the left-hand side wheels off and damaging the chassis. While Gasly walked away unharmed, the shunt was enough to bring out a red flag.
Romain Grosjean managed to lead the midfield runners for Haas in sixth place, impressing once again with the team's Australia-spec setup, while Lance Stroll𓂃 put Racing Point's updates to good use en route to eighth overall. Kimi Raikkonen took P9 for Alfa Romeo, while Nico Hulkenberg closed out the top 10 positions for Renault.
