Form🧔ula 1 drivers have been warned about exceeding track limits at Turn 7 through the remainder of the Singapore Grand Prix weekend, with a new y𒐪ellow line being added to the surface to catch out repeat offenders.

The left-hand Turn 7 ha💞s enough run-off area for drivers to run wide and potentially gain an advantage, prompting officials at the Marina Bay Street Circuit to implement a 𓂃new procedure to prevent this following Friday's practice running.

A thick yellow line has been laid down beyond the kerb at the exit of Turn 7, which will now become the furthest extent to which drivers can run to before havi🅺ng their lap time deleted in qualifying.

"Iꦫf any part of a car makes contact with the yellow line behind the kerb on the exit of Turn 7 during qualifying the lap time of the driver concerned will be deleted by the stewards," the updated FIA race notes from Charlie Whiting read.

"If any part of a car makes contact with the yellow line behind the kerb three times during the race the driver concerned will be shown a black and white ꩲflag, any further contact with the yellow lineꦛ will then be reported to the stewards.

"Each time any car touches the yellow line teams will be informed via the official𝓰 messaging system."
