Kevin Magnussen rules out Daytona 24 entry for 2018
Kevin Magnussen has ruled out appearing in the Rolex 24 sports car race at Daytona International Speedway in J✃anuary following speculation of a possible entry with Action Express♚ Racing.
Haas driver Ma🐽gnussen was linked with a drive in the 24-hour classic that would see him join Formula 1 peers Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll on the grid, 𓆏racing in the Prototype class.

Despite expressing🍨 a desire to enter sports car r🅘aces such as Le Mans in the past and even testing Porsche's LMP1 car back in 2015, he would not be entering the 2018 Rolex 24.
"There have been talks with a team, but fo💜r a variety of reasons, there▨ was not a deal," Magnussen said.
"It would be good another time."
Magnussen has previously 🔯said he would like to enter a sports car race⭕ in the future with his father, Jan, who is a factory Corvette driver in the GTLM class of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
Magnussen Sr. will race at Le Mans next year with Co✨rvette, but his son ruled out an entry to the race d🦩espite it not clashing with a grand prix in June.
