F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix shares new details of spectacular opening ceremony

The F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix will feature a sensational opening ceremony.

Musicians Andra Day, Bishop Briggs, J Balvin, Journey, Keith Urban, Steve Aoki, Swedish House Mafia, Thi♌rty Seconds to Mars, and will.i.am will perform at the star-studded event.

All 20 F1 drivers, plus a crowd🦂 of 30,000 fans, are also set to attend the eye-catching event on Wednesday November 15. The race weekend is Novembe💃r 17-19.

A show to celebrate Formula 1's arrival in 𝄹Sin City will be a part of the opening ceremony.

Blue Man Group and Cirque du Soleil will also per♏form.

A lighting display - featuring&nb🧸sp;1,000 lights and 100 lasers - will also thrill fans.

The cereomy will be set against the backdropꦦ of the iconic Vegas Strip.

The inaugural Vegas GP is later the same week.

"For the first-ever Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix, it was important for us to create an opening ceremony that balances the spirit of Las Vegas with the global excitement that Formula 1 and these incredible drivers bring to each host city," Renee Wilm, Las Vegas🌳 Grand Prix CEO, said.

"We are proud to be able to work with the very best in the entertainment production sp🎀ace to offer one of the most diverse line-ups of beloved musical superstars, which will officially launch the race week festivities."
