The spor🎃ts business website has ranked Red Bull driver Verstappen at No 4 behind Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe, tennis superstar𝐆 Naomi Osaka and NFL player Josh Allen.

Sportico have reported Verstappe🐷n’s annual salary at $39 million (£31.4m) whereas The Guardian had previously reported that the F1 world champion’s new deal, which runs u🅷ntil 2028, was worth £40m per year.
Verstappen now sits alongside rival Lewis Hamilton, wh𝓀o is 13 years olde🐻r at 37, as the best-paid driver in F1.
Hamilton recently dropped out of Forbes list of the top 10෴ hig𝕴hest-earning sportspeople in the world. He had been included twice previously and, last year, was ranked at eighth.
Verstappen’s total income is estimated by Sportico at £19m less than NFL star Allen in the list of the world’𓂃s top earning athletes under the age of 25.
F1 has a host of other well-paid you♔ng guns below the age of 25 whose futures are bright.
Lando Norris, 22,𒁏 is pocketing an estimated £20m per year and is impressing for McLaren.
Charl🐟es Leclerc, 24, is competing to claim hi✃s first F1 world title while earning £9.8m from Ferrari.
Aston Martin’s Lance Stroll, 23, is getting £8.1m while Merced♍es’ George Russell, 24, and Alpin𒐪e’s Esteban Ocon, 25, each earn £4.1m.
Guanyu Zhou, 22, of Alfa Romeo and Mick Schumacher, 22, of Haas both pocket £816,000 per seasౠon.
𓃲Yuki Tsunoda, 2⭕2, of Alpha Tauri is the lowest-paid driver on the grid. He earns £615,000 per year.
