Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship boss Alan Gow has welcomed the announcement t𓄧hat MG is to return to the series this season.

The series' worst kept secret was confirmed today [Wednesday] with confirmation that multiple champions Triple Eiဣght will field a pair of MG6 GTs built to NGTC regulations under the MG KX Momentum Racing banner.

Double ch🔥ampion Jason ༒Plato will be partnered by Andy Neate in what is MG's first factory assault on the BTCC since 2003.

"This is fantastic news for all the fans who follow the BTCC, either in theiꦫr hundreds of thousands trackside or in their vast millions watching on TV in both the UK and many other regions around the globe," Gow said. "MG is one of motoring's truly evocative names so its BTCC campaign will, I'm sure, really capture the public's imagination.
